This is the General Signal Argus System and I was the lead designer on this project. The SG1 was one of the few semiconductor systems approved for automatic Mil-Spec production of ceramic-based microprocessors. It accepts a variety of package types, carrier functions are programmable and it runs unattended except for material load and unload.

The SR-1 Immunology Assay system developed by Serono-Baker Diagnostics required major revisions. I was contracted to redesign the carousel, pick & place, and cartridge handling mechanisms .
This is a coin validation mechanism designed for ESD of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. It is available in 4, 5 and 8 coin models.
Used in laundry equipment, vending systems, pool tables, etc. They are the standard in the industry - millions in use worldwide. Coin cores and bridge allow foreign coins as well.
